Snake and Columbia Rivers to the Sea November 2025

I have always been "fascinated" by the Lewis and Clark expedition. American Cruise Line offers a trip from Clarkston Washington somewhat following the route that marks the last part of this historic journey down the Snake River, into the Columbia River and on to the Pacific. Thursday, November 6th  Syracuse to Detroit to Seattle to Lewiston Wa. Friday, November 7th A pre-cruise Jet boat excursion in the Snake River This was very interesting  and fun plowing through the rapids and pleasant where it was more still. We went up the Snake 50 miles where we intersected the Salmon entering the Snake.  Jet Boat cruised about 50 miles upstream on the Snake River. We turned around at the confluence of the Salmon and Snake Rivers. The pictures don't capture the awesomeness of what is called Hell's Canyon. Baltic Sea cruise September 2025

  September 27 to October 10, 2025 This is my first  cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line . They do not charge solo travelers double or even 1.5 times like some cruisers. Due to large windstorms in the Baltic Sea, our itinerary was changed. We did not get to Lithuania and Sweden but we did get to Helsinki Finland 9/27 Saturday  Fly from Syracuse to London all on Delta        9/28 Sunday    Board the ship "Prima"                           Not much happened as I was up all night in flight and transferring to the ship     9/29 Monday  Ghent Belgium tour Canal Charms and Wonders"              Nice time touring Ghent by bus and canal boat.
